For the past three years this event has been an unimaginable feat of creative endeavor. Those who have seen the bodies of work in previous years are in awe of the quantity and quality of work produced in just five days. Each year there have been over 120 painting completed during the festival.

| 2010 Juror: William Scott Jennings William Scott Jennings is a master oil painter at the forefront of the exciting new emergence of Western Plein Air Painters. He is drawn to the vast expansive landscapes of the southwest, where he works through the dynamics of light and color on large canvases. Starting as a commercial artist in the early seventies he inadvertently gravitated away from the office and into the grand landscapes of southern California.
